1: Introduction
Effective human relations are very important and uful approach for people while working in one corporation. As a student, I am really interested in the theories and concepts when I read textbook. I have confidence that I can cope with the problems in any situations that bad on the professional theories what I learned. Specifically, I feel excited about emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence not only gives a chance to know well about mylf, but also us this concept to solve some issues in my previous l
eaning experience. Emotional balance plays an esntial role in our daily life. For instance, each of us always encounter all sorts of unpleasant things, some people will fly into a rage that result the thing become wor and wor. And some people are well able to control their emotions, and they are poid to face various difficulties. This phenomenon shows different kinds people have different level of emotional intelligence. Whatever you are at working or study at school, it is necessary and significant to develop lf-awareness, social-awareness and empathy, as well as emotion regulation.
2: Situation description
When I entered the college campus on the first day in China, I was appointed by counlor as a class monitor. I was so excited and happy, becau this was first time to become a leader in my learning career. I enjoyed my feeling that I could beat the rest of 30 students in my class. College monitor was quite different from the primary or high school monitor, which meant I had more rights to manage this class. I thought, becau of the scores of college entrance exams and my intelligence quotient. However, this ideol
ogy hurt me during the managing and getting alone with others. When I communicated with other classmates, I expresd my opinions and always performed as lf-centered. Sometimes, I reprimanded and complained to other students becau they did not follow my opinions to do the things. I evaluated others words even they did not finish expressing their own meaning. What was wor, I took this method to get along with other people. After two months, I gradually realized that I had few friends and was isolated by other classmates. I felt so sad that I did not go to the class any more, and did not want to e any classmates. I felt tired and resigned this class monitor later. I had depressive emotion in the whole mester.
3: Theory understanding and learning
Overall, emotional intelligence is a kind of ability to manage emotions that includes competences to the evaluation, detection, emotions expression, as well as emotion regulation in order to develop the ability of emotional and intellectual (Mayer & Salover, 1997). Emotional intelligence is quite different from intelligence quotient. Emotional intelli
gence can learn and train during the growing process, which contains understanding own emotions, the ability to control emotions and encourages ourlves (Nowack & Keneth, 2012). Developing interpersonal relations is a necessary and important process in our learning and working life. Emotional intelligence has a strong link with interpersonal relations (Nicula, John, Chad, Tracie, Christina, Emily and Greta, 2001), and emotional intelligence also influence a lot in the interpersonal relations. People who have a remarkable performance of emotional intelligence are able to u skills to interact with each other, and cau great impacts on others. Everyone hopes to have this performance and can be welcomed by all the people. However, not anybody can achieve this performance. If you just want to behave themlves in front of other people, and make other people interested in you, you will never have many sincere friends. If you want to make friends, you will u warm and happy emotion to cater to others. If you want people like you, you will understand each other臣人s interests, and chat with him using his or her favorite topic, and this will have a better interpersonal relation with others. 二年级下册数学应用题
Emotional contagion is ubiquitous when contacting with others (Elaine, John and Richard,

The encouragement, transmission and coordination of emotions carry out all the time糖醋肉, and successful of interpersonal interaction depend on the mood of coordination. Every time people contact with others, they all constantly transfer the emotional information, and influence with each other. For instance, somebody says thank you, which brings anger, disregarded, sincerely touched and other different feelings. People who have higher social skills are able to control their emotions freely.
In fact, social etiquette is to prevent improper emotional outpouring from destroying the harmony interpersonal relations (Rachel, 2009). Emotional flexibility is an important part in emotional intelligence (Heather, 2012). People are popular and charming in one area, usually becau of the emotional flexibility. This kind of people is good at pacifying others emotions and has much richer social resources. In our life, when we are in a good mood each time, everything is fine that around you, even the most hated people would not feel so annoying. However, when we feel bad that result everything would be vexed,
and things would become wor and wor. This is that we cannot control our emotions effectively, and has a negative influence on our interpersonal relations.
During handling the process of interpersonal relations, appropriate toleration is beneficial to improve interpersonal relations and physical health. Toleration is a philosophy of life and is a treasured trick of emotional intelligence (Richard, 1999). Toleration is the way to cure unhappy things and to eliminate peoples tension. People with high level of emotional intelligence always u toleration appropriately, reduce the gap between people and communicate better with each other.
In order to enhance effectively interpersonal relations with others, not only need a good communication way, but also has a higher emotional intelligence. There are five components in emotional intelligence that can improve interpersonal relations which was developed by Daniel Golemon (1998). The first is the lf-awareness, it means that recognizes yourlf and understands your emotions which can drive your own life and affect on others. The cond is lf-management which reflects that you are able yo regul
ate yourlf and control your mood. The third is lf-motivation which can make you out of the low ebb of life and has a new beginning. It is interpersonal relations management, which means the leadership and management. The five elements can help us improve emotional intelligence in interpersonal relations, and you know yourlf well and control yourlf emotions, understand other牛鬼蛇神是什么意思s mood when talking with them, have confidence to face and solve the conflicts. And also the components not only apply to the interpersonal relations, but also are suitable for the working experience in the future.
