为制造ASME规范项目，根据“ASME”锅炉和压力容器规范第Ⅷ卷 第1分册的要求和本手册要求，制订并贯彻这套质量控制手册。 In order to construct ASME Code Items, this Quality Control system has been established and will be maintained bad on the requirements of the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vesl Code Section VIII, Division 1 and this Quality Control Manual. 总工负责建立质控体系，编制并维护质控手册，以确保质控体系的有效运转。 The Chief Engineer is assigned the responsibility of establishing a Quality Control System, for preparing and maintaining the Quality Control Manual and for ensuring the effective execution of the System. 所有参与ASME压力容器质量活动的人员必须熟知本手册中与本部门和本人有关的各项规定，并认真执行。 All persons performing activities affecting the quality of ASME Code Items shall understand and implement the specific provisions of the Quality Control Manual. 授权总工鉴定质量管理中的问题，并授权他着手处理，提出建议或提供解决问题的办法以及核实实施情况，他应及时向我报告质控系统的状况和效能。 The Chief Engineer is given the responsibility and authority to identify any quality control problems and to initiate, recommend or provide solutions as well as to verify the implementation of tho solutions. He shall report the status and effectiveness of the Quality Control System to me. 总工与其它部门的负责人之间发生任何分歧，将由本人通过全面考虑ASME规范和设计要求以及质控手册予以仲裁。 Any conflict between the Chief Engineer and other Managers shall be resolved by me, considering completely the ASME Code requirements, technical justification and this Quality Control Manual. 质量控制手册的中文版，同样是质量控制体系的执行文本。但中文与英文如有差异，须以英文本为准。 The Chine translation of this Quality Control Manual may be ud for implementation of the Quality Control system. 3．授权检查师（AI） | 3．Authorized Inspector（小明笑话AI） | |||
长期受雇于由ASME委托并授权的检验机构，即美国的州或市、加拿大的省的检验机构。授权压力容器保险的保险公司的检验师。 | An inspector regularly employed by an ASME accredited Authorized Inspection Agency, i.e., the inspection organization of a state or municipality of the United States, a Canadian province, or an insurance company authorized to write boiler and pressure vesl insurance. | |||
