A:Well,when I am angry, I aways count the number from one to hundred or more , then take a deep respiration. It is really a good way becau time and distraction are important for us to diffu our anger.
B:Good way! And I think we should learn to avoid negative feelings that cau us to be angry. Sometimes, our anger and frustration are caud by very real and inescapable problems in our lives.
D:Yeh, anger is a punishment, not to others, but to the one who is angry. One way to not hold anger is forgiving喉咙有白痰怎么办.What’s more,to help manage anger,I always do something enjoyable ,such as eating__junk food , eing a movie.
