1.INSPECT GENERATOR BRUSH HOLDER ASSEMBLY
检查发电机碳刷装置
(a)Using vernier calipers,measure the expod brush legth. 。
用游标卡尺测出露在外面的碳刷的长度

Standard expod length:

9.5 to 11.5 mm (0.374 to 0.453 in.)

Minimum expod length:
最小长度
1.5 mm ( 0.059 in.)

If the expod length is less than the minimum, neplace the generator brush holder asmbly.
如果碳刷长度小于最小值，替换发电机的碳刷装置。
2.INSPECT GENERATOR REGULATOR ASSEMBLY
检查发电机调节器装配
(a)Using an ohmmeter, check the continuity between terminals F an B
（ a ）使用欧姆表，检查 F 与 B 之间的是否连通。
Standard:

When the positive and negative poles between terminals F and B are exchanged, there is continuity in one direction but no continuity in the other direction..
当文成公主的故事 F 和 B 之间的正极和负极被交换时，有在一个方向是连通的，但是在另一个方向的没有连通的。
If the continuity is not as specified, replace the generator regulator asmbly.
如果不是规定的连通值，替换发电器调节器装配
(b)Using an ohmmeter, check the continuity between terminals F and E.
（ b ）使用欧姆表，检查 F 敷衍塞责与 E 之间是否连通。
Standard:
标准：
When the positive and negative poles between terminals F and E are exchanged, there is continuity in one direction but no continuity in the other direction.
当 F 和 B 之间的正极和负极被交换时，有在一个方向是连通的，但是在另一个方向的没有连通的。
If the continuity is not as specified, replace the generator regulator asmbly.
如果不是规定的连通值，替换发电器调节器装配
3.INSPECT GENERATOR DRIVE END FRAME
检查发动机定子线圈
(a) Check the stator coil for open circuits.
检查定子线圈的开路。
(1)Using an ohmmeter, check the resistance between the coil leads.
（ 1 ）用欧姆表，检查电阻线圈之间的电阻。
Standard resistance:
标准电阻：
Below 1 Ω
低于 1Ω
If the result is not as specified, replace the generator asmbly.
如果不是规定电阻值，替换发电器 定子线圈 装配夏天去哪里旅游
(b) Inspect the stator for ground..
检查定子线圈是否接地。
(1)Using an ohmmeter, check the resistance between the coil lead and drive end frame.
使用欧姆计，检查定子线圈与发动机壳体的电阻、
Standard resistance:
标准电阻：
10 K Ω or higher
10KΩ 或更高
If the result is not as specified, replace the generator asmbly.
如果不是规定电阻值，替换发电器 定子线圈 装配
(c)Inspect the bearing.
（ c ）检查轴承。
(1)价值观英语Make sure that the bearing is not rough or worn.
轴承是否粗糙或磨损过度。
If necessary, replace the generator asmbly.
如果有必要， 替换发电器装配 。
4INSPECT GENERATOR HOLDER WITH RECTIFIER 4 检查发电机整流器
(a)Using an ohmmeter, check the continuity among terminals P1, P2, P3 and B, and
among P1, P2, P3 and E.
使用欧姆计，检查 P1、 P2、 P3 和 B 之中和在 P1、P2、 P3 和 E 之中是否连通
Standard:

When the positive and negative poles among terminals P1, P2, P3 and B are exchanged, there is continuity in one direction but no continuity in the other direction..

5.INSPECT GENERATOR ROTOR ASSEMBLY
5。检查发电机转子装配
(a) Check the generator rotor for open circuits.
一）检查发电机转子开路。
(1)Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the slip rings.
（1 ）用欧姆表，测量的滑环之间的电阻。
Standard resistance: 1.7 to 2.1 Ω at 20oC(68oF)
标准电阻： 在 20oC (68oF)的情况下 1.7 到 2.1Ω
