摘要：PURPOSE:To measure the temperature of the whole sample container with high accuracy without applying distortion to a temperature nsing element by winding the temperature nsing element extending over the entire container, and filling inert gas with the same pressure as that of the inside of the container. CONSTITUTION:The temperature nsing element 4 is wound extending over the entire sample container 5, and the inert gas with the same pressure as that of the inside of the sample container 5 is filled. When the temperature nsing element 4 is ud under the environment of the inert gas, the temperature of the sample container 5 is transmitted to the temperature nsing element 4 with the convection of heat due to the inert gas, then the temperature can be measured. Thereby, it is not required to fix the temperature nsing element 4 at the sample container 5 and to u an adhesive to transmit by conductivity the temperature of the sample container 5. Therefore, since no distortion is applied to the temperature nsing element 4 by stress due to difference between the thermal expansion coefficient of the temperature nsing element 4 or the sample container 5 and that of the adhesive, and distortion of the temperature nsing element 4 due to the expansion/shrinkage of the sample container 5 corresponding to a temperature range does not occur, a resistance bulb with a minor measuring error can be obtained.
