4.授权人保证补偿授权代理人因依本授权委托书行使合法授权而引起的责任、损失、费用、花费或支出。

6.授权人声明：授权人及以授权人名义提出权利主张的某一个人（包括但不限于替代者或受让人）受授权代理人依本委托书行使授权所做的任何法律行为的约束。

duntiltheearliesttooccurofthefollowing:(i)31December2016;or(ii) foreachindividualAttorneythedateuponwhichheceastobeanemployee ofIHG;or(iii)anydateuponwhichthePrincipalcancels,revokesorsubst itutes(inpartorinwhole)thisPowerofAttorney.
7.依本授权委托书之授权自文首之日期开始生效，直至下列最早的情形发生之日终止：(i)2016年12月31日终止；或(ii)授权代理人作为洲际酒店集团之公司雇员的雇佣关系终止；或(iii)授权人部分或者全部取消、撤回或替换该授权。
