宝宝成长记录摘要：PURPOSE:To supply a proper amount of matching oil by positioning the tip part of a rod- or plate-shaped body between optical fibers and utilizing capillarity. CONSTITUTION:The matching oil 48 put in a pot 38 moves round to a gap 46 through the hole 42 in a nozzle 40 with a stopper 30 lowered, and reaches the lower end of a slit 36 and ris to stick of flanks of an abutting plate 31 and a shoulder 34 in a mountain shape by the ''wetting'' operation upon the stopper 30 and surface tension operation. The stopper 30 is elevated in this state and an optical fiber 14 facing the abutting plate 31 is moved forth, so that the matching oil 48 sticks on its front end surface. Then when the stopper 30 is lowered, the matching oil 48 sticking atop of optical fibers 14 stick mutually and the interval between the optical fibers 14 is as long as the specific length right before discharging is started. Then, the matching oil 48 is supplied to the stopper 30 and the matching oil 48 is supplied subquently and automatically.
