设计思路
目前我国现在所使用的抽油机大部分为传统的游梁式抽油机,能耗过高。通过分析概略有以下几点原因:
1)传动系统复杂,传动链长;
2)电机大马拉小车;
3)功率因数过低;
4)配重不易平衡,水平方向有能量损失;
5)冲程小;
6)供液能力与采液能力不适应。
基于以上几点原因,我公司研发了传动系统最简单,传动链最短的传动方式,能够改变上述问题的落地式多绳抽油机。
Design concept
The existing beam oil-pumping unit employed in our nation currently is known for its high energy consumption, who defects can be summed as the following:

Bad on the factors, Jilin Hengji Petrotech Company Ltd. invented the floor-type multi-chained oil-pumping unit (FOP), which is characterized by simplicity in transmission system and short transmission chain in order to solve the above-mentioned problems.
工作原理
联接光杆的悬绳器通过钢丝绳与配重箱联接跨在摩擦轮上,通过电机的正反转驱动摩擦轮正反转,摩擦轮与钢丝绳产生的摩擦力使光杆上、下运行,完成原油的采集。
Operating principles
The beam hanger connects the weight box and the polished rod by steel wire rope, over the friction wheel, through the positive or negative rotation of the electromotor the friction wheel will rotate positively or negatively as a result. The friction force generated by the friction wheel and the steel wire rope drives the polished rod to move up and down, thus achieving the process of oil extraction.

落地式多绳抽油机是由导轮平台、机架、传动系统、配重、移轮机构、配电柜等部分组成。传动系统可根据不同需要可安置在导轮平台上或抽油机的最下部,由电机、减速机及摩擦轮组成。
Structure
Our FOP unit consists of guide-wheel platform, machine frame, transmission system, counter weight, shift-wheel mechanism and power distribution box. The transmission system compos of electromotor, deceleration machine and friction wheel that can be installed either on the guide-wheel platform or at the utmost bottom of oil-pumping unit according to different requirements.

三字经全文儿歌落地式多绳抽油机传动系统简单,传动链短,电机——减速机——摩擦轮三个传动环节,电机正反转通过钢丝绳转换成光杆的上、下直线运动。抽油机的配重为垂直配重方式,配重的上升与下降仅是动能与势能的转换,无能量损失,故本机的机械效率高,是电机与减速机效率的乘积可达80%以上。
②电机效率高
我盛大的希腊婚礼电机采用了由变频器控制的变频调速电机,由于变频器有过载及过零启动功能,即可降低装机容量,解决了传统游梁机大马拉小车的问题。再变频器具有蓄能功能,大大地提高了供电系统的功率因数,可达90%以上,降低了供电容量,地面效率明显增加。
另外电机正、反转时的速度是分别可无级调节,适当地减少光杆下行速度,可增大泵的冲满系数,提高了采油的井下效率。
疫情防控应急预案③长冲程、低冲次大幅度地提高了泵的效率
在平均光杆速度相同的情况下,提高了产液量。以12型抽油机井,挂泵深度1600米,井杆变形长度为1米为例,传统的12型游梁式抽油机的最大冲程为4.2米,而12型落地式多绳抽油机的最大冲程为7.6米,如果游梁机的冲次为5次/分钟,则每分钟实际有效提升液柱长度为16米,每天提升液柱长度为23040米;在光杆速度相同的情况下,落地式多绳抽油机的每分钟实际有效提升液柱长度为18.48米,每天实际有效提升26611米。就是说在光杆速度相同的情况下,每天落地式多绳抽油机较传统的游梁机多采油3571米长的液柱,泵效率提高了15.5%。
④适时控制
(在供液量不足的井上)通过自动控制(按用户要求),使抽油机的产出液量与井下的供液量相适应,达到“供采平衡”提高了采油效率,避免高速产液量低或空转的问题,节约了能耗。

①High mechanism efficiency
预备党员Our FOP unit has the following features: simple transmission system confined with relative short transmission chain. The electromotor, the deceleration machine and the friction wheel are the three rotation parts, the electromotor rotates positively and negatively thus making the polished rod move up and down through the steel chain. The unit adapts the vertical counter weight method, the movement of the counter weight has no energy loss as it is only the energy conversion between kinetic energy and potential energy. All the promi the high mechanism efficiency of the floor-type multi-chained oil-pumping unit, the efficiency of the electromotor and the deceleration machine has a multiplication over 80%.
②High electromotor working performance
Frequency variable motor is employed in the electromotor, which is controlled by frequency changer. Since the frequency changer supports the overloading and soft-start function(gradually incread voltage), which means the installed capacity can be reduced, so as to reduce the costly energy consumption in conventional beam oil-pumping unit. Furthermore, the power storage function of the frequency changer increas the power factor of the power supply system greatly up to 90%, conquently, the power supply capacity is decread, while the ground efficiency ris up obviously. In addition, the positive and negative rotation of the electromotor is able to adjust to various
degrees, by slowing down the polished rod we can enlarge the coefficient of fullness of the pump, thus increa the oil-extraction underground efficiency.
疾病百科③Long stroke and low stroke frequency of the FOP unit drive the pumping efficiency upward. Under the same rate of polished rod movement, a floor-type multi-chained oil-pumping unit provides with high oil yields. To be more detailed, take the example of 12-model oil pumping well, the tting depth of pump is 1600m and its well rod is 1 meter, the maximum stroke of the conventional beam oil-pumping unit is 4.2m, while the 12-model floor-type multi-chained one reaches 7.6m. Suppo stroke frequency of beam oil-pumping unit is 5 times per minute, the actual oil column length will be
16 meters per minute, which is 23040 meters per day. Under the same conditions, tho figures of the floor-typed multi-chained one could be 18.48m, 26611m, which means 3571 meters more in terms of oil column length and 15.5% increa in the efficiency of pump.
④Timely appropriate control
On the wells which have insufficient oil supply, we could realize the accordance between the rerved oil supply and the practical drilled oil through auto-control, which can be customized. Thus realizing the accordance between the supply and the extraction, the efficiency of oil extraction is enhanced, avoiding low productivity under high speed of the unit and idle operation as well, and the energy consumption is reduced.
2) 参数调整方便简捷(年多出2天的采油时间)
落地式多绳抽油机的参数调整与游梁式抽油机有了本质的变化,游梁式要拆换电机,减速机上的皮带轮,根据速比不同来改变冲数,通过改变联杆销的位置来改变冲程,每次调整需耗时2小时左右。落地式多绳抽油机是通过调整控制箱内按钮和电位器来调整冲程、冲数,几分钟内即可完成,即省时又省力。
2)Easier parameter adjustment ( saving 2 days for oil extraction every year)
FOP is esntially different from the conventional beam pumping unit in the parameter adjustment, the conventional ones have batteries to be changed, the pulley on the deceleration machine, you need to change the stroke rate according to the speed ratio, and to change the length of stroke according to the position of the link pin, it takes you 2 precious hours every time to make adjustments. However, in the ca of the FOP, things are totally different. It enables the realization of adjustment by utilizing the control box and the potentiometers to adjust the length of stroke and the stroke rate within veral minutes.
3) 延长井杆、泵的寿命,减少井下的作业次数(以1500米泵挂为例,年节省修井费用2.8万元上)
井杆的寿命取决于井杆的质量、载荷、拉伸次数、交变载荷及杆管的偏磨等因素。仍以12型抽油机对比,在光杆速度(上行有效速度)21米每分钟的情况下,游梁机的冲数为5次,而落地式多绳抽油机的冲数为2.8次,如以该项计算,使用落地式多绳抽油机断杆的时间延长近一倍。

The working life of the well rod lies in many factors, such as quality, load, drawing frequency, alternating load and eccentric wear, etc. Take No.12 oil-pumping unit for instance, at the speed of
21m per minute (upward valid speed) of the polished rod movement, the stroke rate of the conventional beam oil-pumping unit is 5 times, while FOP is 2.8 times. Bad on this statics, utilizing FOP almost doubles the rod’s working life.

由于启动与制动时的加速度都很小,在上、下冲程的大部时间都是均速运动,基本上动载荷接近于零,
这样又大大地提高了井杆的使用寿命。
Owing to low acceleration speed in both boosting and de-boosting , the polished rob is in uniform motion in upward stroke and downward stroke, the dynamic load is clo to zero, which in turn, prolongs the well rod’s working life considerably.
4)适应性强,落地式多绳抽油机可以工作在环境、井况不同的场合。
①落地式多绳抽油机可全天候工作,环境温度-40℃—+60℃时可正常工作,因落地式多绳抽油机的控制柜中配备了加温与排风系统,环境温度超过60℃时还配备工业级制冷系统,所以落地式多绳抽油机的工作温度环境宽,控制柜本身的防护等级为IP45,可在暴雨、雪、风沙的天气中工作,所以适合于全天候工作。
另外,落地式多绳抽油机的风阻系数小,通过计算可在12级风力时运行不受影响。落地式多绳抽油机的传动系统及控制系统可安装在机架的上部。即使在水中也可正常工作。
②除正常井外,落地式多绳抽油机可工作在含沙的井上,含沙量大,可能造成沙卡,此时,落地式多绳抽油机可在井杆变形的范围内正反启动,进行冲砂,并且在凡尔堵塞时,自动冲泵;落地式多绳抽油机可以通过很小的改变,可以工作在特稠油的井上,条件是只要光杆在井上靠自重可自由下降即可,
因为通过变频控制,可使电机的运行速度与光杆下降的速度相一致,而上升时又可以最大速度上升,不仅解决了稠油的采液,又提高了油液的产液量。
4)Strong adaptability. FOP works excellent under various conditions.
①FOP is capable of working 24 hours relentlessly under -40℃—+60℃. As heating system and air-venting system are installed in the control box, plus industrial cooling system enables the machine to operate normally even if the working temperature exceeds 60℃. So it could work under flexible working requirements. The protection grade of the control box is IP45, which means it could work against storm, snow and wind, so as to operate all day long.
On the other hand, it has a low drag coefficient, which is estimated capable of resisting wind of scale 12.The transmission system and control system of which is installed on the top of the frame, so it could operate as normal even under water.
