焊接是制造业的重要组成部分，应用广泛，发展迅速，在制造行业占有重要的地位。我国是世界产钢、用钢大国，也是焊接大国。随着高新技术和新工艺的不断出现，机械制造、安装、维修业也逐步向精细方向发展，对焊接技术的要求也越来越高。近几年来，焊接的使用量迅速增加；焊接机械化自动化技术改造加快；焊接自动化率快速提高。钎焊是用比母材熔点低的金属材料作为钎料，用液态钎料润湿母材和填充工件接口间隙并使其与母材相互扩散的焊接过程，这篇论文对钎焊焊接前的准备和焊接方法的做了设计，介绍了焊接所需的钎料和钎剂，给出了钎接接头形式以及接头的质量检测方法，在钎焊操作中应该注意的安全问题。海蚤

Abstract
