摘要：The invention relates to a control arm element, for example for the wheel
suspension of a motor vehicle. The control arm element compris at least two end regions (2, 3, 4), each having a bearing ction, and at least one strut region connecting the end regions, wherein the end regions (2, 3, 4) and the strut region together are formed by a support beam (1) which is deep-drawn in a substantially box-shaped manner and made of a plate-shaped plastic mifinished product having filament reinforcements.
A fill body (6) made of injection molded plastic material is arranged in the interior of the deep-drawn support beam (1) and connects the inside surfaces of the support beam (1) to each other in a shear-resistant manner. The control arm element is cost-effective to produce, has a minimal number of individual parts and a very low mass, and also meets the high requirements with regard to torsional and flexural rigidity. In addition, the control arm element can integrally compri various additional functions, force application points and connection components, and additional mounting steps and the necessity of heat treatment and/or surface treatment after shaping can be eliminated.
