一、考核实施目的The asssment objective
1.作为员工薪资调整、绩效奖金发放、职务调整的依据。
As the basis of employees’ salary adjustment, performance bonus, position adjustment 2.有效增加员工之间的合作精神,对员工全面的工作进行客观了解和公正评价。
Increa the team spirit between the employees ; know and evaluate employees’ job effectively
3.帮助员工改进工作方式,提高工作绩效。

二、适用范围Scope of application
公司所有高级经理级及以下员工。

三、考核频率Asssment frequency
1.季度考核,对当季度的工作表现进行考核,考核实施时间为下月的1~5日,遇节假日顺延。Quarter asssment, asss the work performance in the quarter, the asssment date is September 1-5 and will be put off if it is holiday.
四、考核内容Asssment content
1.工作业绩work achievement
2.工作能力work ability
3.工作态度work attitude
4.合作配合work cooperation
5.自我提升lf-improvement

六、考核实施Asssment carrying out
1.考核实施及考核对象配比Asssment carrying out and object matching

备注:总部各部门负责人由CEO直接考核。所有考核结果上报人力资源部,人力资源部审批后生效。
PS:All the department mangers will be assd by the CEO, and all the asssment result should be submitted to HR and it will work after HR’s approve
2.考核实施程序Asssment procedure
(1)各部门负责人、各校区校长组织、学术部每季度组织对员工实际工作表现进行评估,并将结果汇总上交人力资源部。
Department managers, principals and academic department should do the asssment to the employee each quarter and also submit the result to HR.
(2)人力资源部于审批结束后的五个工作日内将考核结果反馈被考核者,进行绩效面谈。
HR will tell the result to the employee within 5 workdays after approval and will talk face to face
六、考核结果运用Asssment result utilize
1.季度考核Quarter asssment
季度考核的结果主要为员工年度绩效工资、年度调薪提供依据。
The asssment result works as the basis of performance bonus and annual salary adjustment .
2.年度审核Annual asssment
年度考核的结果主要用于员工职务调整、奖金分配与培训的安排。
Annual asssment is ud for employees’position adjustment , bonus and training arrangement
(1)奖金分配调薪安排Bonus distribution and salary adjustment plan

公司根据员工实际工作表现评估的结果,将其设置不同的奖励系数,具体内容如下表所示。

考核等级为A级和B级的员工,有资格享受公司安排的提升培训。
The employees who get the A or B will have the chance to attend the promotion training
考评比例中出现C公司则安排其参加相关培训并没有奖金及年度调薪相应培训
The employees who get the C will attend some training but there will be no any bonus and salary adjustment
考评比例中出现D公司则会考虑其调岗并安排相应培训
The company will arrange the position adjustment and training to the employees who get the D
考评比例中出现E公司则有权给予辞退
The company will have the right to dismiss the employees who get E
七、本制度的解释权属中心人力资源部。

八、本制度自颁布之日起实施。
This asssment system will be carried out when it is issued
