分级a【摘要】Dialogue teaching is the core of "dialogue". Marked differences exist between dialogue teaching and traditional teaching, highlighting the esnce of the teaching process of communication and cooperation. Meanwhile, it builds teaching on the basis of meeting the demand of students' psychological, and makes teaching with a strong emotional color. The paper puts forward guidelines and practical suggestions of a teacher's classroom speech strategy, so as to realize more effective teaching effect.

In dialogue teaching mode, teachers need to re-examine teaching objectives, teaching methods, teaching thought and teaching ethics. Therefore, under the background of dialogue teaching, teachers need to deconstruct the traditional classroom discour strategies, to readjust and combination. Teachers should be guided by dialogue teaching concept, promote the interaction between the communication with the students' cooperation and exchanges, cultivate students to be active, created.
1. Use equality strategy and respect the students元宵节彩灯图片
While using the speech strategy in English teaching, the teacher should always reflect student's main body status, give full play to students' initiative in the learning process, create a relaxed and harmonious learning atmosphere, make students be willing to open and ready to practice. Then the democratic and equal relationship appeared between teachers and students. The teacher should choo to u the proper words that can reflect the strategy of democratic equal relationship and reach the expected teaching effect. Relying mainly on traditional teaching in classroom, the teacher speak and speak again, but the teaching effect is not very ideal. 2. Use sentient beings and realize the harmonious relationship between teachers and students
Many classroom teaching experience shows that if teachers value students' achievement, smile, encourage students to publish ideas and maintain students' interest in learning, it won't produce too many problems. From interaction theory point of view, language is the tie and tools to maintain social relationships; language communication is not only the exchange of information, but also the thoughts and feelings of the exchange. Improve the effect of foreign language learning is not only the simple language knowledge and learning, but also the emotion,
attitude and motivation factors such as the result of comprehensive action. Good positive emotion factor is to promote students to learn and improve academic performance psychological curity.

3. Use body language and communication to achieve maximum efficiency
The using of body language naturally enriches the means of communication, thus the burden of the speech event also greatly reduce. Therefore, many countries have placed great emphasis on the teaching of "body language". In a n, the exchanges of nonverbal communication between teachers and students is more important than verbal communication. Without rich harmonious body language, it is impossible to develop clo relationship between teachers and students, and there is no efficient interaction between teachers and students. Teachers must read as much as possible of the students' body language and strategically u their body language as far as possible, u eyes, gestures and other nonverbal means to convey information, to improve teaching efficiency and achieve maximum teaching effect.
To sum up, dialogue teaching accords with the spirit of the times, dialogue is becoming a new form of teaching. The emergence of dialogue teaching is not only a kind of teaching art of revival and emerging, but also the teaching activities of historic, revolutionary change. Teachers should be guided by the dialogue teaching concept, promote the interaction between the communication with the students' cooperation and exchanges, cultivate students to be active, create rational dialogue and health psychology of modern man, create and generate the teaching effect.
