1.Schroeder历史：
Schroeder Valves GmbH & Co. KG is founded in 1889. Since 1950, Schroeder invented the special pump protecting valves and devoted only this products.
德国Schroeder公司成立于1889年，自1950年始，发明并专致于自动再循环阀的生产。
2.Schroeder阀门工作原理：
The ARC Valve is a pump protecttion device. It automatically protects centrifugal pumps- especially tho handling hot water- from damage which might orrur through partial evaporation of the water content during low load operation.
As soon as the pump capacity drops below a predetermined flow rate, the bypass valve opens sufficiently to maintain the pump minimum flow rate. This rate is maintained even if the flow through the main valve to the boiler or process is completely shut off.
least自动再循环阀是一种泵保护设备。自动保护离心泵，尤其是热水泵，不受低负荷运行时可能发生的气蚀损害。
当泵一低于预设的流量运行，阀门旁路打开以满足泵的最小流量，直到主路流量完全关闭。
口技怎么练Schroeder ARC Valve , SSV18 can be utilized for pressure up to 220 bar and for temperatures from -250℃ up to +300℃. The valves are manufactured in the sizes DN25 to DN500. The bypass flow can be up to 50% of the main flow. SSV20 with bigger bypass than SSV18. The choice of the type will be designed by Schroeder company according to the pump and plant data.
德国Schroeder自动再循环阀SSV18系列可用于最大压力为220巴，温度范围-250℃～+300℃，口径范围DN25~DN500。SSV18系列的旁路最小流量一般为泵正常流量的25～35%。旁路流量最大可达到主流量的50%。SSV20比SSV18系列带较大的旁路，可以通流较大的旁路流量。型号的确定将由Schroeder工厂根据泵及工厂情况进行选择。
ARC Valve is flow controlled, that means the non-return cone is kept in its operating position by main flow only. The valve is designed in such a way, that the cone reaches its utmost upper position at denominated main flow.
自动再循环阀通过流量进行控制，主路圆锥根据流量来保持在相应位置。圆锥在最顶部，可通流主流量。

The non-return cone activates the Rotary Slide Valve in the bylass by means of a lever. If the cone is positioned on the cone at, the Rotary Slide Valve is competely open. It clos corresponding to the rising of the cone by delivery in main direction. The valve just allows such an amount of bypass flow, as is necessary for supplement of the requiryed minimum flow of the pump.
圆锥通过连杆带动旁路旋转滑阀。如果圆锥在圆锥座上，旋转滑阀完全打开。通过主路流量来控制相应的开关。阀门旁路仅允许泵所要求的最小流量。

The branching ends, as soon as the main flow exceeds the minimum pumps flow, the bypass clos. On the other hand the bypass opens again, when the main flow falls short of the bypass flow.
主流量一超过最小流量，旁路关闭。反之，旁路开启。
