Abstract: Under the new situation, the society and enterpris have increasingly higher demands for professional talents, requiring students to have strong abilities. At the same time, enterpris also attach great importance to this in the process of enrollment and training, and carry out in-depth rearch work on the combination of enterpri construction and industry in order to comply with the market economy business development. This paper analyzes the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for applied talents, and propos measures for the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education for applied talents on this basis.

1. The Current Situation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Applied T alents
(1) Inaccurate Positioning of Teaching Objectives
A t prent, the society has high requirements for students’ practical ability, but
the school has inaccurate positioning of teaching objectives, and lacks the goal of cultivating practical ability and innovation and entrepreneurial ability for students. In addition, the school does not have a good understanding of the general connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship practice, which leads to a lack of effect when teaching the cour. Throughout the teaching process, the introduction of professional development for students afterwards does not go to that side, resulting in students’ lack of understanding of the development trend of the energy and power industry, which inhibits students’ learning motivation.

The practice training is too formalized and lacks strict supervision and management of students throughout the process, resulting in students’ lack of goals and lack of attention to practice when conducting practice training. (3) Limitations of Teaching Mode There are limitations in teaching students in applied majors. As the development prospect of applied majors is good, it is necessary to ensure that teaching methods meet the needs of talent cultivation when conducting teaching. (4) Students’ Learning has a Single Nature The lack of innovation consciousness of students in the learning process leads to a single-minded acceptance of teachers’ teaching. Under a single teaching mode students’ thinking is restricted and their thinking is not developed leading to hindrance in their professional learning. Students lack knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship in the learning process, and the cultivation of practical ability is restricted by many aspects, which leads to low motivation of students. In addition, due to social influences, students do not allocate enough time in university, which leads to a rious disproportion between study and life, thus leading to low motivation of students.

When teaching students of various majors, they need to be guided by technology according to modern developments to facilitate the establishment of a learning system for students.
