Dimension Check - Product Check the product dimensions and record the data.
检查产品的尺寸并记录数据。
Compare the actual dimension with provided dimension (by package/product/customer information)

The edges and corners which are directly in contact with the ur shall be rounded or chamfered.

2 Tubular components, holes and gapes
Tubular components, holes and gaps, accessible during normal u, if it is possible to push a 7 mm test probe into any direction
with a depth of more than 10 mm. And,if it is not possible to inrt a 12 mm test probe into any direction, are not acceptable.

3 Shear and squeeze points
In normal u (not include tting up or folding) , shear and squeeze points exist if the distance between two accessible parts
moving relative to each other is less than 18 mm and more than 7 mm in any position during movement, are not acceptable.

Function Check - General Check the product function according to notice or instruction manual or common n. If product with open or folding function,
check this function 5 times.

Wobbling Check - Seating Place the product on a smooth, horizontal flat and rigid surface, in normal position of u.
将产品按正常使用状态放置在一个光滑、水平、坚实的地面上。
Gap appears between the supporting parts and test ground without load (Major).
