4. Quality standards adopted
质量标准
The quality of this Project shall not only reach the standards for qualified project in Jiangsu Province and pass the inspection for completion by the government department, but also reach the concrete quality standards described in the Drawings, tendering documents and other attachments of this contract.
工程质量不仅要达到江苏省合格工程标准，通过政府部门的行政验收，而且还要达到图纸、投标文件及本合同其他附件中提出的具体质量要求。

If the Contractor does not receive the written notice from the Employer for move-in to the
Site within 2 months after the Agreement is signed, either Party can terminate the Contract without giving any compensation.
如果承包人在签订本协议书后的2个月内没有收到发包人要求进入施工现场的书面通知，本合同双方均有权解除本合同而不给予任何补偿。

7. The 物质的量浓度计算公式relevant words in this agreement shall have the same meanings as tho respectively defined in the general terms of the contract as part II of this contract.
本协议书中有关词语含义本合同第二部分《合同通用条款》中分别赋予它们的定义相同。

8. The contractor promis to the employer that he shall carry out and complete all of the construction works in accordance with the contractual provisions hereunder, and will undertake the responsibility of quality warranty for the project within the quality warranty period.
承包人向发包人承诺按照合同约定进行施工、竣工并在质量保修期内承担工程质量保修责任。
9. The employer promis to the contractor that he shall pay to the contractor the contract price and any other payable amounts in accordance with the payment terms and methods as agreed in the contract.
发包人向承包人承诺按照合同约定的期限和方式支付合同价款及其他应当支付的款项。
