The clock struck 12o'clock. It was midnight.Sheila sat huddled on the sofa , her eyes glued to the television t . She was watching a late night horror movie . Her parents and younger brother had all gone to bed. A light breeze made the curtains in the living room billow.

Not eing anything out of the ordinary , Sheila switched off the television and headed straight to her room . She had had enough of the horror movie . It was nding shivers down her spine . Suddenly , she sat up . In a corner of her room , she saw a lady . She was dresd in a long shaggy robe and her hair hang down , hiding her face .Two sharp fangs glinted occasionally underneath the thick hair . Sheila wanted to scream but as hard as she tried she could not . The ghostly figure floated towards her,its arm was outstrentched . Sheila tried to scream again ,but still no voice came out of her . By then the figure was up clod , just before its long bony fingers vould clasp her neck , Sheila let out a ear-piercing scream.
That was when the sleeping child fell out of her bed and woke up.It was bright daylight outside.Sheila was relieved that she had only been having a nightmare.
