概述
I. Overview
本说明书适用于电动双梁桥式起重机（包括吊钩、抓斗、电磁、防爆、绝缘、两用、三用）的安装、维护，供安装、操作和维修人员使用。

1.1 起重机的主要用途
1.1 The Main Application of Crane
电动桥式起重机用于工厂、电站、库房、料场等固定跨间内搬运物料，安装维修设备。根据使用要求按取物装置可分如下几种类型：
Electrical Bridge Crane is applied for transporting materials in certain span and installing equipments in workshop, power station, storehou and stock ground, etc. According to application requirements and grabbing device, it can divided into following types.

A. Lifting Hook Bridge Crane
适用于矿、企业的车间、仓库等在室内或室外的固定跨间作一般装卸及起重运输工作，一般分中级和重级两种工作制度。中级适用于机械加工、金属结构、装配，重级适用于冶炼车间和参加连续生产的搬运工作。当吊运危险物品活灼热熔液时，应配置双制动器。
Lifting Hook Bridge Crane, with middle class and heavy class work condition, is mainly ud to load or unload and lifting work in indoors or outdoors within a fixed span in mine, workshop, storehou, etc. The middle class suits for machinery processing, metal structure, and installing, the heavy class aims for smelting workshop and continuous transporting condition. Dual-brake should be employed when lifting dangerous goods like scorching hot liquor.
B. 抓斗桥式起重机
B. Grab Bucket Bridge Crane
适用于冶金、化工、水泥及其他企业的仓库和车间，在室内或露天的固定跨间从事矿石、石灰石、煤、砂等散粒物料的搬运工作。抓取装置为双卷筒的四绳平口抓斗。抓斗可在任一高度张开和闭合，当抓去物坚实料块状大于60mm以上需选用带齿抓斗。
Grab Bucket Bridge Crane is widely ud in storehou and workshop of smelting, cement and chemical industries, aiming to lifting unpackaged materials like ore, limestone, coal, sand in a fixed span indoors and outdoors. The grabbing device is dual reel 4 ropes plain bucket which can stretch out and clo up in any height. When the material is bigger than 60mm, the toothed grabbing bucket should be equipped.
抓斗只适用于自然堆积状态下的散粒物料，当抓取水下物料须特殊说明。
抓斗桥式起重机的额定起重量是抓斗的自重和被起重物品重量的总和。
Grabbing bucket is usually suit to the unpackaged material in natural condition. It should be reported at beforehand when grabbing underwater.
The rated lifting capacity of Grab Bucket Bridge Crane is the summation of the grabbing bucket itlf and the lifting goods.
