摘要：The prent invention relates to a single domain antibody against SARS-CoV-2, and the u thereof. Particularly, a single domain antibody, specifically binding to the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of a SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein, has been produced and confirmed to have excellent affinity to the RBD and excellent in vitro and in vivo neutralization capacity against SARS-CoV-2. Therefore, an antibody comprising the single domain antibody of the prent invention or an antigen-binding fragment thereof can be utilized as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating COVID-19. Further, the antibody comprising the single domain antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof can be utilized for COVID-19 diagnosis.
