摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of the cross-ctional form of a corner part of braid and the occurence of float and others due to the restoring force after the braid being fitted to furniture, etc. by filling up the hollow of the corner part of the hollow braid prepared through extrusion by using nonrigid synthetic resin, rubber or others with stiff and rigid synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:Hollow braid 4 produced by extruding nonrigid synthetic resin, rubber or others is t, being bent, in the required corner-formed cavity 1 formed by the fixed and movable dies 2 and 3 of a metal mold. A hole 5 being made in the back surface of the corner part of the braid 4, a material of rigid synthetic resin with stiffness is injected from the hole 5 into the hollow part 7 of the braid through a flow channel 6, being hardened and formed. Since the hollow part 7 of the corner part C of the braid is filled up with the rigid synthetic resin 8 with stiffness, the solidity and adhesiveness of the corner part C is cured and also the braid desirable in design is obtained.
