摘要：Polyisocyanate-polyaddition product with good mechanical properties obtained by (a) polyisocyanates and (b) isocyanate-reactive compounds including (b1) long chain polyester polyols, and (b2) short-chain hydroxy compounds, where both (b1) and (b2) exhibits a functionality of (1.9-2.3) in the prence of (c) a latent catalyst and/or optionally other than catalysts (d) activators with the addition of optionally including fillers, fiber materials, auxiliaries, additives and/or blowing agents and at least one water trap, is claimed. Polyisocyanate-polyaddition product with good mechanical properties obtainable from (a) polyisocyanates and (b) isocyanate-reactive compounds including (b1) long chain polyester polyols having an hydroxy number of 27-112 mg potassium hydroxide/g and a functionality of (1.9-2.3), and (b2) short-chain hydroxy compounds with a hydroxyl number of 300-1810 mg potassium hydroxide/g and a functionality of (1.9-2.3) in the prence of (c) a latent catalyst and/or optionally other than catalysts (d) activators with the addition of optionally (e) fillers and/or fiber materials (f) optionally auxiliaries and/or additives, (g) optionally blowing agents and (h)
at least one water trap, is claimed. The latent catalyst (c) with mono-carboxylic acid includes blocked amidines
(20-400 ppm), bad on component (b1), where the molar ratio of amidine to carboxylic acid is 1:3-1:0.5. An independent claim is also included for producing the polyisocyanate polyaddition products comprising using the above components.
