摘要：A preparation method for a Ganoderma lucidum extract ud as both medicine and food. The preparation method compris the following steps: performing percolation extraction on Ganoderma lucidum powder 2 to 4 times with a 40-50% ethanol solution; combining extracting solutions; concentrating the extracting solutions under reduced pressure to obtain an extract; dissolving the extract in a saturated sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution; performing extraction 2 to 4 times with chloroform; performing concentration under reduced pressure to obtain a chloroform extract; performing chromatographic paration on the chloroform extract with a rever-pha silica gel column; eluting by quentially using chloroform-methanol having the volume ratios of 45:1, 35:1, 25:1, 10:1, and 1:1; collecting a part eluted by 25:1 chloroform-methanol; performing concentration, thereby obtaining a Ganoderma lucidum extract. According to the preparation method, the solvent has a high utilization rate, wherein the effective components are completely leached, and thus a large number of active components in Ganoderma lucidum can be obtained. The extract can be ud as an effective part of Ganoderma lucidum for medicine preparation.
