Exploring the Reform of Curriculum System of Product Design Bad on OBE Education Concept Lu Wang, Yongxin Guo

Abstract: In order to adapt to the transformation and development of China's modern economic system in the new era, the modernization of China's higher education colleges and universities determines the modernization of China's higher education system and industrial structure. The training of product design talents will become an important development driving force for the transformation and upgrading of Chine enterpris. The determination of training objectives and the quality of talent training have been the key issues of China's education reform. The new curriculum system bad on OBE curriculum concept, oriented to drive employment and meet the development needs of enterpris, focus on the quality requirements of enterpri occupational positions, carries out innovative changes in the curriculum system from the perspective of focusing on efficiency and results, and explores the important ideas of cultivating core qualities of advanced management technical skill talents in enterpris in the new era.

In the design of discipline curriculum system, the content of a good design discipline cour has a pivotal influence on the future career development of students. 1. Analysis of the Characteristics of the Product Design Profession
Product design is an interdisciplinary discipline that combines fine arts and technology, requiring architectural design schools to have both a solid foundation in natural sciences and a good foundation in humanities, fine arts and sociology, so schools should generally cover the common features of the two directions of engineering and technology and aesthetic education in the process of developing discipline system and training mode design and teaching. In the design and art disciplines, becau creativity and education complement each other and promote each other, the purpo is mainly ud to cultivate creative talents, so the discipline management system ttings and training teaching mode is very different from the general school, can more effectively cultivate students' creativity and personality, and to diversify and small class teaching mode. In the teaching process of process product education, students are usually required to understand the fundamentals of product design, systems engineering, ergonomics, computer-aided development, product materials and process, socialist market economy theory and modern enterpri management model, in order to make the overall design of the product more in line with social reality, and put more emphasis on the fineness and rigor in the product design process. According to relevant rearch data, nearly 1,000 colleges and universities at home and abroad have opened product design majors, but from a practical point of view, the phenomenon of professional confusion and insufficient professionalism is very common. At prent, many product design enterpris have a relatively high threshold of entry, assuming that employees do not master the relevant skills and knowledge, then it is difficult to gain a foothold in the enterpri, under this premi, it has incread the training efforts. Finally, in the discipline of product design, many points of knowledge are very abstract and simple, thus increasing the difficulty of learning to remember and master, so there is a phenomenon of "theory over practice" in individual fields of study. It is indisputable that to become an outstanding product designer, one must not only have strong professional skills, but also have considerable imagination and creativity, while most schools ignore the training of students in the two areas of professional skills, resulting in a rious lack of creativity among students, who are unable to adapt to the current complex and changing business management.
3. The Product Design Discipline Curriculum has been Reconstructed to Meet the Needs of the New Era
The economic development in the new era and the transformation and upgrading of modern enterpris need the core quality of developers to match them, and the product development designers are required to master the comprehensive application of various professional knowledge s
uch as marketing, design, CMF, human-machine, 2D-3D performance, marketing and application feeling becau of the standard for their high innovation ability. For ordinary graduates of higher education, they cannot adapt to the requirements of professional work quality if they lack scientific and reasonable curriculum and clear expected objectives. The uncertainty in the quality and educational effect of the general education process of "teaching - asssment by test - achieving the goal" makes the problem of inconsistency between the goal of talent training and the actual needs of enterpris increasingly prominent.
4. Relationship between OBE Education Concept and Vocational Education Reform
The concept of OBE (Outcome Bad Education) is originated in the United States in the 1980s and became a major concept in developed countries in the 1990s, and is now also recognized worldwide as the right direction to explore excellence in education. The main idea is what should we equip students with. Why do we want students to master this? How can we best help students master it? Why is it important to know that students have mastered it? The educational tenet of giving full play to the teacher's leading role, under the guidance of teachers with clear predicted outcomes, greatly motivates individual students to learn and opens up everyone's opportunities for success.
