应用文写作之道歉信写作指导
道歉信是因为自己的过失或疏忽，给别人带来了麻烦或损失，发觉后为了给对方赔礼道歉而写的信件。
道歉信正文一般包括三段：第一段表明写信意图，对某事表示歉意；第二段说明道歉的具体原因（难点），提出弥补措施或建议；第三段再次表明歉意，请求对方谅解。
注意事项
(1)准确把握时态。道歉信一般使用三种时态：表示歉意或设法弥补过失时应该使用一般现在时或一般将来时，描述过去的错误或过失应以一般过去时为主。
(2)语气要诚恳，解释的理由要让对方能够接受。一封好的道歉信不仅会取得对方的谅解，还会增进彼此的感情。所以写道歉信的语气要诚恳，态度要真诚，避免使用过分夸张、自责的表达；在解释完原因后，尽量提供一个合适的补救办法，使行文更加圆满。
(3)适当套用英文道歉信的常用词汇和句型，长短句要交替使用，适当使用高级句式（倒装，虚拟语气，定语从句，强调句型等）。
(4)道歉信的开头和结尾有一些惯用语，可以借用，使短文更加符合英文书信要求。
开头段写法
Dear Bob,
结茧 How are you doing? I am sorry I can not go to the bookstore with you this Saturday. Therefore, I am writing to express my heartfelt apology to you.
策略点睛：
1. 根据熟悉程度，选择得体的问候；2. 最好开门见山，借助套路表达目的；
3. 可以卡着要点适当添加细节，比如添加this Saturday这个细节。
中间段写法
此部分一段，具体呈现为：How I wish I could go with you! + 版本1或版本2 + 套路句
版本1：However，I am chon to reprent （代表）our school to take part in the English debate competition（辩论比赛）. It is of great importance to me, for the reason that I have always been dreaming to have a chance like this to improve my spoken English.
版本2：However，I have just found that I have to attend an important class meeting that afternoon.
套路句：As a conquence, I have no choice/alternative but to say sorry to you. I hope that change will not cau you too much trouble.
策略点睛：
1. 开头务必写上套路句How I wish I could go with you!承上启下。
2. 理由要合情合理，不能牵强；也不能影响到“再约时间”这个点的合理性。
3. 理由版本1属于复杂版，理由版本2属于简单版。如果字数实在写不多，可以在附加上最后补充的套路句
结尾段写法
此部分为一段，具体呈现为：How about going to the bookshop this Sunday? + 版本1或版本2+ 套路句。
版本1：Then both of us will be available and I can share my experience of the competition with you.
版本2：Then we can t out early so that we will have more time to lect books and read them. If it’s convenient for you, let’s meet at 8:30 outside the school gate. If not, plea let me know what time suits you best. I will be available any time after school next week.
套路句： I am looking forward to your reply以及结尾句Yours， Li Hua
