Filter Performance Tester instructions
过滤性能测试仪操作说明
一、加热 heating
1、打开电源总开关
Turn on the power switch
2、启动加热电源开，打开仪表，打开冷却水

3、观察各区电流及温控表显示温度值是否正常

4、第四区装有延时加温装置，一般延时15分钟，过后会自动加温，该区装有两只压力传感器,延时是为了保护压力传感器。查看各区温度都达到设定值，再加热半小时，方可开机。（
第四区温度低于设定温度5℃会自动停机）
The fourth area is equipped with delay heating device, generally delay 15 minutes, then automatically heating,(this area is equipped with two pressure nsors,delaytime is in order to protect the pressure nsor). When the temperature reach tting,also need half an hour heating, then boot. (If the temperature of fourth district is below the tting temperature 5 ℃,the machine will automatically shut down)

二、开机start machine
1、启动变频开开关，变频器回零后准备开机
Turn on the frequency converter ,It turn back to zero , start the machine
2、把转换开关打在手动状态，调整泵前压力表的控制主机速度选一个适当的数值（在正常运行时，会自动显示该数值）
Turn conversion switch to manual mode, adjust the host speed on the gauge before the p

3、投料后打开主机开旋钮，泵前压力逐渐上升，当上升到6MPa时，快速把转换开关拨到自动状态。压力表稳定在6.5左右即为正常
After feeding,turn on the host, pressure before pump gradually increa , when it rising to 6MPa, turn converting switch very fast from mannal to automatic. Pressure gauge at around 6.5 Mpa is normal
4、在测试过程中，螺杆内不能断料，不能停机
During the test, the material can not be broken and the machine can not be shut down
5、冲洗机器时，去掉过滤网,高速洗机（开主机速度开关），在整个运转过程中若断料，同时螺杆高速旋转，加料前必须停机按上述方法开机
When clean machine, remove the filter, high-speed clean machine (turn on host speed s
witch), if in the cour of operation， run out material while the screw is high-speed rotary, shut down the machine at once ,then feeding,turn on the machine again by the above method
6、测试料下完后，把转换开关打在手动，关主机开旋钮

三、关机 stop machine
1、确定主机、计量泵、变频器在待机状态下后，按变频关，停变频器电源

2、关仪表，按加热关（注意顺序）

3、关冷却水
