J(to A&X):Oh I know, DISC is one of the most popular methods of personality testing and asssment in u today. Bad on the answers to a simple
questionnaire, it can describe a personality in terms of four key factors:
Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance.
A(to J&X):Yes, I have heard about it. And I also made the test before. It tells me I’m an influential person.
X(to A&J):I have the test too. But we should know that DISC only measures personality and a natural behavioral style. It does not measure aptitude,
values, or intelligence.
A(to J&X):Yes, I know. Cheerful person usually insist on the thing especially it is too difficult to complete. But this kind of person can be rush. Although
the introverted person is not good at social communications, they can be
