1 | Press the e-stop Ret Push Button
The recommended wiring for a 1746HSRV is to have a e-stop Ret pushbutton (or relay contacts) as defined by the 1746HSRV Ur Manual, Chapter 5, Wiring the SLC Servo Module, Pub # 1746-6.1.2 (July 2000)
Came out of e-stop, done.
If didn't come out of e-stop | 2
2 | Ensure that SLC logic is not requesting e-stop on the HSRV module. Check O:s.0/0, where s is the slot number of your HSRV module.
If 0, proceed to step: | 4 | ||
If 1, proceed to step: | 3 | ||
3 | Your logic is forcing the HSRV into e-stop, determine why, and correct if necessary. | Modify SLC Logic
4 | If e-stop request is 0, FORCE output to zero to ensure that logic is not requesting e-stop.
With O:s.0/0 FORCED to 0, press e-stop Ret Pushbutton. If e-stop relay clod, proceed to step: | 3
If the relay doesn't clo, proceed to step: | 5
5 | Cycle power on SLC rack, to ret HSRV. Monitor error codes in I:s.4/0.
Monitor codes, if any codes that indicate a configuration problem, or any other problem that might force e-stop, correct the problem.
Only codes indicating power or successful configuration then HSRV, proceed to step: | 6
6 英语考后分析 | 相约星期二The following steps require actions that may start your machine. Disconnect DRV ENABLE connector on the 1746HT as well as any other steps necessary to ensure that your machine is in a safe condition and will not cau damage or injury as the following step are carried out. Due to the difference in machines and applications, only you can determine if you machine is in a safe condition. | Continue, proceed to step: | 7 |
7 | Jumper between String-In and String-Out. Press e-stop Ret Push Button.
If relay clod, then there is a problem in the customer's e-stop string. Check the equipment that is included in the customer's e-stop string.
If the relay doesn't clo, proceed to step: | 8
8 | Apply +24v to String-In on e-stop connector.
If the relay did not clo, proceed to step: | 9
If the relay clod, proceed to step: | 10
9 | If the e-stop relay does not clo, check the e-stop relay itlf.
If the relay does not work, replace the Relay.
If the relay is good, then there a possible problem with 1746HT. String-In it goes directly to the relay, which just tested good. If getting +24v on String-in and relay not closing, then something wring with circuitry on 1746HT. then could be problem in 1746HT, jump to step: | 18
10 | Verify +24 v on the +24v screw on the e-stop connector. Measure between +24v Ret on EXT POWER connector and +24v on e-stop connector.
If not +24v, determine why
If +24v, proceed to step: | 八年级上册语文11
11 | Verify +24v on 1st Res PB on e-stop connector. Measure between +24v Ret on EXT POWER connector and 1st Res PB on e-stop connector.
If not +24v, check jumper between +24v and 1st Res PB on e-stop connector.
If +24v, proceed to step: | 12
12 | With e-stop Ret Pushbutton depresd, verify +24v on 2nd Res PB on e-stop connector.支持力的方向
If not +24v, check wiring and your e-stop Ret Pushbutton
If +24v, proceed to step: | 13原始大陆
13 | With e-stop Ret Pushbutton depresd, verify +24v on Ret on e-stop connector.
洋葱炒牛肉丝 If not +24v, check wiring and your e-stop Ret Pushbutton
If +24v, proceed to step: | 14
14 | With e-stop Ret Pushbutton not depresd, check voltage on Ret on e-stop connector.
If not zero voltage, with the e-stop Ret Pushbutton not depresd, the Ret on the e-stop connector should be 0 volts. If it is not check all the voltages to the 1746HT. Make sure that the common and returns are tied together. Verify that the Ret, +/- 15 Ret, and +24v Ret on the e-stop connector, and the Ret on the FAST I/O connector are all at the same level.
If zero volts, proceed to step: | 15
15 | With e-stop Ret Pushbutton depresd, verify +24v on String-Out on e-stop connector.
If 0 volts, proceed to step: | 16
If +24v, proceed to step: | 17
16 | Jumper between the 2nd Res PB and String-Out, depress the e-stop Ret Pushbutton. Does the e-stop relay clo?
If yes, check 1746HT, cable to HSRV and HSRV. It is assumed at this point that your logic and configuration are not holding the HSRV in e-stop. It is also assumed that there are not error messages from the HSRV that would indicate any problems that must be resolved before proceeding. But by jumpering the 2 contacts, the e-stop contact on the HSRV has been bypasd. It may be a problem with the e-stop circuitry hardware on the HSRV. Previously it was confirmed that the Ret signal was 24 v, if the 1746HT, and cable are good then the HSRV may not be nsing the e-stop Ret Request, or the contact may not damaged in the open position. | 青春征文
If no, leave jumper between 2nd Res PB and String-Out on e-stop connector and proceed to step: | 17
17 | With e-stop Ret Pushbutton depresd, verify +24v on String-In on e-stop connector. | 洗甲水怎么用
If not, check jumper between String-in and String-out. Jumper was added in earlier step.
If +24v, possible problem with 1746HT. From String-In it goes directly to the relay, which was tested in an earlier step. If getting +24v on String-in and relay not closing, then something possible wrong with circuitry on 1746HT. proceed to step: | 18
18 | Possible Problem with 1746HT, replace.
