本标准规定了锂离子电池的定义、技术要求、测试方法及注意事项。本标准适用于深圳市山伊克斯技术生
产的锂离子电池。
This specification describes the definition, technical requirement, testing method, warning and caution of the lithium ion rechargeable battery. The specification only applies to battery supplied by Shenzhen 3EX TECH. Co., Ltd.
2. 定义 DEFINITION
2.1 额定容量:指在20±5℃,65±5%RH 环境下,以5小时率放电至终止电压时的容量,单位毫安时(mAh)。
Rated Capacity: Under 20±5℃,65±5%RH, it means the capacity value of being discharged by 5hrs ratio to End Voltage.
2.2 终止电压:放电终止时的规定电压为2.75V 。
End voltage: The end voltage of discharge is 2.75V ,which is defined specially.
2.3 0.2倍率充电:指在20±5℃,65±5%RH 环境下,以140mA 电流恒流充电至单体电池电压4.2V 后,转为恒压

电池在表1规定不同温度下放电。每一温度下电池容量同25℃下电池容量相比较,计算百分比,每只电池应达到或超过表1中的对应指标。
The battery discharges at different temperatures listed in Table 1. Discharge capacity of the battery at different temperatures compares with that of 25℃respectively, the percentage calculated will meet or above the requirement of Table 1.
电池进行充放电循环300次后,电池剩余容量应大于初始容量的80%。
After the battery had 300 charge-discharge cycles, residual capacity of the battery will be above 80% of initial capacity.
储存性能Storage Performance

电池充放电后,不同温度存储不同时间,计算电池的百分比剩余容量必须达到表2中对应的指标。

6.2 测量仪表要求Requirement of the Testing Equipment
电压仪表要求:测量电压的仪表的准确度应不低于0.5级,内阻不小于10KΩ/V。
Voltage instrument: the precision of voltage tester is no less than degree 0.5, the internal resistance is not less than 10 KΩ/V.
电流仪表要求:测量电流的仪表的准确度应不低于0.5级。

6.3 外观结构检查Visual inspection
用目测法检查被测电池的微观、结构与标志,应符合5.2的要求。
Eyeballing will be ud to inspect the appearance, construction and marking of the battery. And also its result can meet item 5.2.
6.4 额定容量测试Rated capacity testing
在环境温度20±5℃条件下,按标准充电的要求进行充电,充电结束后放置1~12h,再按标准放电的要求放电到终止电压。
Under 20±5, the battery will be charged according to the requirement of standard charge, ℃after keeping the battery for 1~12h,the battery will be discharged until the voltage reaches end voltage, according to the requirement of standard discharge.
6.5 容量-温度性能:Capacity-Temperature Performance
电池按着2.4节进行充电,放电温度定义在表1中,倍率放电定义在2.6和2.8节。在测试温度存放达3小时的电池优先放电,放电温度也必须在测试温度范围内。电池在每个温度下的容量根据每个电池在23℃±2℃的容量来计算其百分比容量。每个电池必须符合的要求。
Cells shall be charged per ction 2.4. Cells shall be discharged at the temperatures defined in Table 1 and at the rates defined in ctions 2.6 and 2.8. Cells shall be stored for 3 hours at the test temperature prior to discharging and then shall be discharged at the test temperature. The capacity of a cell at each temperature shall be compared to the capacity achieved at 23℃±2℃and the percentage shall be calculated. Each cell shall meet or exceed the requirements of item .
6.6 循环寿命Cyclic life
电池按2.4机制充电,静置5分钟,再按2.7中的放电机制放电,再静置5分钟。然后如此充放电循环。一个循环定义为电池进行一次充电和一次放电。电池循环寿命性能必须符合规定。
Cells shall be charged per ction 2.4, terminate 5 minutes, and then discharged per ction 2.7, terminate 5 minutes again. And so on. A cycle defines as a charging and a discharging. The cyclic life of battery will meet the requirement of item .
6.7 储存性能Storage
储存后剩余容量Residual Capacity After Storage
电池按2.4机制充电,按2.7中的机制放电,并记录其容量。随后电池按2.4机制充电并将满电状态下的电池按.1中规定的在不同温度下所对应时间存放。按2.4机制及规定的循环次数测量存放后的电池剩余容量。
计算电池的百分比剩余容量,即百分比剩余容量=(剩余容量/初始容量)×100%。电池的百分比剩余容量必须符合规定。
Cells shall be charged per ction 2.4 and discharged per ction 2.7 and the capacity shall be recorded. Cells shall then be charged per ction 2.4 and stored in a charged condition at the temperature and for the duration defined in Table 3. After storage, measure the residual capacity per ction 2.7. Calculate the percent residual capacity by dividing the residual capacity by the original capacity and then multiply by 100 to convert to percentage. The percent residual capacity shall meet the requirements of item .1.
6.8 外环境测试Outer Surrounding Testing
恒定湿度测试Static Humidity Testing
振动实验后的电池置于温度稳定在60℃,湿度稳定在90%~95%的测试室中,放置168小时。然后电池转入室温下晾干4小时。随后,电池按2.8节放电机制放电,再根据
2.4节规范充电,此充放电循环最多重复3次,以测量电池的恢复容量,恢复阻抗采用AC阻抗测试仪器在
1000Hz条件下进行测量并记录结果,其结果应符合规定。
Cells from vibration testing are to be expod to 60℃with 90% to 95% relative humidity for 168 hours. After humidity exposure, cells are to return to room temperature to "dry out" for 4 hours. Following humidity exposure, cells shall be discharged per ction 2.8 to measure the recovered capacity. This charge/discharge cycle may be repeated a maximum of three times. The recovered impedance shall be measured using an AC impedance meter at 1000 Hz and the impedance shall be recorded. The result will meet the requirement of item .
振动测试Vibration Testing
机械冲击后,将电池直接放于振动实验台上,以振动频率在5分钟内由10Hz到60Hz再到10Hz为一循环,振幅为0.06英寸进行振动实验。电池在三轴方向上振动,每轴振动半小时。机械冲击和振动后,
