2 Lar Shearography Tire Non Destructive（NDI）System
激光散斑轮胎无损检测系统
BESTRY's patented Lar Shearography Tire NDI System is a non-contact and non-invasive lar-bad inspecting technology. It has been developed for the non-destructive inspection of new tires in R&D and quality control; as well as for the inspection of tire carcass in the retreading industry. It is able to detect structural anomalies which are hidden under the tire surface, for example air bubbles and layer paration地球小卫士，etc. The Shearography Tire NDI System offers an important and effective tool to ensure that no defective tires leave the factory thus enhancing the safety performance of tire manufacturers．
百川板式激光无损检测系统是一个非接触和非侵入型激光检测技术。可用于新轮胎研发和质量控制的无损检测，也可用于翻新轮胎的胎体检测。可以检测出隐藏在轮胎表面下的结构异常，如气泡和分层等。该装置提供了重要有效的工具来保证轮胎出厂时的完美，增强了轮胎的安全性。
Principles and Key Features 原理和主要特征
During the test cycle, a low pressure is generated in the vacuum chamber inducing deformations which are caud by the expansions of air pockets occurring in faulty areas in a tire carcass. With the shearography technique, a holographic measurement that reliably detects material deformations in the range of microns，faulty areas can be localized accurately and precily.
测试周期内，真空室内生成低压，由于胎体内缺陷部位气泡扩张引起形变。在散斑技术下，微米范围内对缺陷部分进行整体可靠的形变检测，缺陷位置可以精确定位。
The tire circumference is divided into 6-12 ctors. The pha images in the original state of the tire under normal pressure are stored in the memory of the computer. The pha images of the deformed state of the tire at decread pressure are subtracted from the stored image in real time. Typical anomalies are displayed by interference fringes on the system monitor. The results are stored in the system.
轮胎外缘划分为6—12区段，常压下轮胎原始状态的相位图存储在电脑中。降压后轮胎变形状态下的相位图会及时从存储图像中略去。代表性的缺陷会在显示器上以干涉条纹显示，结果存储在系统中。

3. Hydraulic Curing Press
液压硫化机
The Hydraulic Curing Press adopts heating platen and BOM type center mechanism．Top and bottom heating platens are presd down by a pair of guiding columns per mold cavity, which guide the movement of top mold by using two hydraulic cylinders. Two hydraulic cylinders are placed on the bottom plate for mold locking．Loading and unloading VCL is driven and guided by hydraulic cylinders through linear bearing．The system is equipped with an electrical two-position green tire stand. It is also equipped with hydraulic center mechanism and new generation balance-type two-position and four-point PCI（Post Cure Inflator)．
本机采用热板加热、BOM型中心机构的液压轮胎硫化机，其结构为上下双模板式双导柱下加压式。上模移动由两个液压缸驱动。液压缸放置于底板上用来锁模。装胎卸胎VCL由液压缸通过直线轴承驱动和导向。该系统装有一个电动两工位存胎器，同时装有液压定中机构和新型天平2工位4点式PCI（硫化后充气装置）。
The machine consists of mold open/clo unit，loader, heat platen curing cavity, hydraulic center mechanism, gmental mold actuator, two-position green tire stand，PCI，roller conveyor, electrical control system，hydraulic power pack and piping，etc. It is suitable for nitrogen curing process in both two-piece and gmental molds.
机器包括开合模装置，装胎器，热板硫化腔，液压定中机构，活络模驱动装置，2工位存胎器，PCI，辊道，电控系统，液压站及管路等。适用于两半模和活络模氮气硫化工艺。
The machine has two independent cavities that can be controlled and operated commonly or individually. Each cavity is able to perform complete functions including loading，shaping，curing，unloading and inflated cooling．
机器有两个独立的模体可以共同或者单独控制操作。每个模体都可以完成整套功能包括：状态，定型，硫化，卸胎和充气冷却。

用于对常温下混炼胶的直接塑化、加工成型。配上各种型式机头如Φ60、Φ65、Φ90、Φ120、Φ150、Φ200、Φ250等，可以应用于橡胶工业生产的各个领域，如型胶挤出、胶管的内外胶挤出、电线电缆保教挤出、为延压供胶以及工程轮胎胎面缠绕胶条的挤出等。
