A rack 5 loaded with mandrels 6 is pasd from above the mandrel placing space downward to be transferred to a receive portion. When the stem portion 4 is brought down toward the lower portion of the inclined rails 1, the mandrels 6 of the receive portion are rolled and dropped to pass through a gap H of a gap regulating device 7. Thus, the mandrels can be prevented from laying one over another.
