The Host: Good morning, everyone! Let’s all take a at and get things started. In order to let all of you have a clear picture of our prentation, firstly I would like to make a brief introduction about the situation. We have created the situation, imagining ourlves to be MEIZU Electronic Technology Co. Ltd, at the end of each year, our company holds a meeting to summarize the work in the sales, during this meeting the sales director prents a report on this year’s sales to the executive team. Today’s prentation is made by the Sales Director, while the executive top level is reprented by CEO、CFO、CTO、CQO. Before the Sales Director’s reporting, I would like to briefly introduce our company. Our company was founded in March 2003, which is a high-tech enterpri, which is mainly oriented on rearch, development and production of high quality MP3 players, our company is one of the leading companies in domestic market which has its own R&D development ba. After veral years of rapid development, MEIZU Co is now turned into company who products become known, recognizable and enjoyable by more and more people. The products of our company have received high appraisal of the media, the brand MEIZU has also been awarded “China’s Top Ten Consumers Satisfied brand” by People’s Daily, but this year ‘s sales of new products hasn’t reached the desired results. Sales Director: Good morning, Ladies and Gentlemen! Hoping you all have
a good day. In my pretation I’ll cover two main points which may take about

I believe each of you should have a reading material that was nt to you just now ,but I’ll also be showing the graphs in PPT to make you understand more easily.
Now let’s start with the first point, summarizing the work of this year which is consist of two parts. Firstly, we’re going to review our sales condition this year. Next, we’ll analyze the operating conditions. So , first of all, let’s look at the lling record of this year.Our overall lling income decread by 35% comparied with last year due to the economic crisis, from the graph we can e we’ve only made 20 million in the past 12 months, though the result is not as good as it was last year, it is still obviously better than tho of our competitors and above average level of the industry, which is mainly due to our star products and the newly signed contracts with about 30 new distributors who did helped a lot to our company. As prented in the graph, the star product’s sales r
o sharply. However, the sales of the newly developed products that have been put on the market at the beginning of the year is not so optimistic, even far away as expected. From the graph we can e that the new product’s s elling remained steady in the first and cond quarter, while

decread by 33% in the third quarter, fortunately, it went back bv 15% in this quarter.This could comfort us a little.
Let’s move on to the operating analysis. This year we focud on investing in new products, the expens for rearch and developing cost us quite a lot of money, but the lling record of the new products failed to live up to our expectations, therefore, we did a market rearch,hoping to find out the reason. Through the survey we obtained the following information.From the figure we can e that the main re ason of the new product’s low s elling record is that most people hardly know about it, many of the interviewees even haven’t heard of it. So,something must be done to change this. I’m gonna to talk about this later in my cond part.
Well,the point mentioned above is the summary of the work for this year. Next, let’s talk about the work plan for the following year. It mainly consists of two parts: first part is the sales target, according to this year, we should at least make a growth of 25% of sales next year; Second part is the work direction, in order to achieve that 25% growth, we should focus on a few tasks next year.

NO.2, strengthen the propagandism of the new products to rai the lling record. Speaking of the details, we need to get back to the problem I mentioned in my first part earlier. From that marktet survey, we’ve learnt that our new product didn’t create enough attraction among the young people.
So, what we do? I’ve got three possible proposals for you to discuss.First of all, we should make a better advertiment to replace the current one which was considered as boring and unattractive according to our customers .We can u a famous and familiar face to make our product well known by the public,it is a rather effective and fast way to make what we want happen, then we need to discuss who will be our best choice to be the leading role. Here we’ve already picked three people who are all quite famous in the country even in the world.Just look at the screen, Which one do we choo? I’d like to hear your opinion.
CQO:I choo Zhou Xingchi: he has a good n of humour, and his performance boosts creativity, the audience shows respect for him, and we can make an advertising by using the idea of Moonlight, the results are sure to be positive. But there are some disadvantages of using him to promote awareness of our product among the public: he is a little bit old and some young people might not recognize him, and also inviting him for an advertising purpo can be expensive for our company

CTO: I choo Zhou Jielun: his name has grown big in recent years, a considerable number of young people like him ,inviting him for an advertising purpo could be a good decision. But there are also some disadvantages of using him to promote awareness of our product among the public: some part of the white-collar intellectuals do not like him, and the people may be our
potential customers of some other products, and his advertising costs are also high.什么叫历史
CFO:I choo Zhang Shaohan: she has a healthy and dynamic image, she is well known among the public, and the advertising cost is not going to be too high, but her image impact on our promotion campaign is relatively small. CEO: I would like to add something, we should consider a number of factors for the optimal choice, such as the endorment fees, product positioning within a target market, celebrity’s image compatibility with our company and so on.
Sales Director:Looks like Zhou Jielun would be our best choice. As the market positioning of our product is young people, and most young people like him, thus his power of influence could be very high, if everything goes right,the profits brought by the campaign will be far more than the expenditures, his p erformance-price ratio is the best, what do you think?

Sales Director: Well, that’s the final decision,isn’t it? The cond method to rai the awareness about the product among the public is through Experiencing Marketing. I mean we make it possible for the customers to experience our product by themlves through direct application of the product, which will prompt them to know about, like and eventually buy our products.
