A draft genomic quences were generated from Roche/454 GS-FLX system with Titanium chemistry (fragment quencing) accompanied with Illumina/Solexa Genome Analyzer (mate pair quencing). The ABI 3730xl was employed to to do the genome finishing by primer walking. The following plea e the statistics of quencing and analysis results.
