The populace who living on aside and lakeside will have afood or lake fishes as meals. Of cour, people can have any food as they want nowaday.

In the Northern and Western Provinces of China like Lingxia, hebei, Sichuan , Shenxi, and Yunnan, the diets are made in hot and spicy, becau of the humid cold weather and high altitude, Chine people wonder that to perspire is a good method for preventing dias caud by humidity and cold.
Chine dumpling is one of the most important foods in Spring Festvial. Since the shape of Chine dumplings is similar to ancient Chine gold or silver ingots, they symbolize wealth.
