基于MATLAB的锅炉水位控制系统设计和分析

摘  要
  锅炉是化工、炼油、发电、造纸和制糖等工业生产过程中必不可少的重要动力设备。锅炉往往成了不少工厂不可或缺的一部分。因而,对锅炉设备中的自动控制系统进行分析研究是必要的。
  锅炉是工业生产过程中重要的动力设备。锅炉水位控制系统是锅炉生产控制系统中重要的环节,对锅炉生产操作如果不合理往往会引起事故。这些事故中大部分是由于锅炉水位控制不当引起的,可见锅炉汽包水位控制在锅炉设备控制系统中的重要性;汽包水位过高或者过低的后果指甲图片非常严重,因此川开头的成语汽包水位必须进行严格控制
  汽包水位的控制大多采用PID控制方式,PID控制器参数的整定是在获取对象数学模型的基础上,根据某一整定规则来确定的,能进行在线调整,以适应锅炉汽包水位这样一个复杂多变的控制系统。爆肚儿
  本文应用控制技术,设计了一种三冲量PID控制器,对锅炉汽包水位进行控制,实现了锅炉汽包水位的自动调节。并利用 MATLAB对控制系统进行仿真;结果表明,PID控制技术响应速度快、精度高,同时对虚假水位有较好的控制效果。

Abstract
