摘要：PURPOSE:To improve the tensile strength and toughness by superposing a plurality of flexible graphite sheets cut to a width of 5mm or less and forming a braided thread by covering the surface of the sheet through knit-braiding or braid-over-braiding and then applying twisting work. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of flexible graphite sheets 1 who compression rate and allowable torsion frequency are incread by the cutting to a width of 5mm of less are superpod, and the tensile strength and toughness are incread, and a braided thread 3 is prepared by covering the surface of the sheet through knit-braiding or braid-over-braiding by using aramid fiber 2. The braided thread 3 is formed into a string body 4 through the octagonal braid or twisting work, and the fiber 2 expod onto the surface part is removed by the combustion means such as burner, and further the surface is impregnated with the clogging material 5 made of silicone oil, graphite in scale form, or rubber adhesive, and the outer surface of the braided packing is made smooth.
