1. Le signs and submits the Deed of Agreement (DOA) to the LESSOR, along with copy of LESSEE’s passport, Company’s Resolution, Client’s Information Sheet (CIS) and IMFPA.

3. With 5 banking days upon receipt of the DOA countersigned, Le caus his bank to nd POF by SWIFT MT799 (Annex A) OR conditional payment MT103/23 (Annex B) to the LESSOR giving bank account. OR and nds swift copy to LESSOR by email.
在收到这反签的协议契约后的 5个银行工作日内，承租方使其银行用SWIFT MT799给出租方指定的银行账户发出资金证明（POF）（附件A）或有条件的MT103/23（附件B），并用电子邮件将其SWIFT的副本发给出租方。
4. Within 5 banking days after LESSOR receives & verify Le’s POF or conditional payment MT103/23 ， LESSOR instructs his issuing bank to nd MT760 BG or SBLC (Annex C) to Le’s giving bank account.
在出租方收到和验证承租方的资金证明或有条件的MT103/23后的五个银行工作日内，出租方指示其开证行给承租方指定的银行账户，发出MT760保函或备用信用证（附件C）。

unt, LESSEE pays the leasing fee and the commission agreed in the DOA & FPA by Wire SWIFT or unconditional MT103/23
在承租方银行帐户收到和验证 MT760保函或备用信用证后的五(5)个银行
工作日内，承租方按照协议契约（DOA）和佣金保护协议（FPA）同意的条款，用电汇或无条件的MT103/23，支付租赁费和佣金。

6. Within 7 banking days after receipt of payment of leasing fee and commission, Hard copy of Bank Instrument will be nt to LESSEE bank by bank-bonded courier.

9. This DOA is a full recour commercial commitment governed by the Law of the jurisdiction that both parties reside and standards under ICC Regulation.

如出租方在收到承组方的MT799资金证明或有条件的MT103/23后的10 个银行工作日内，不能给承组方交MT760不BG 或SBLC，同样要给承组方支付该批交易金额的4%的罚金。
