摘要：A manual emergency resuscitator us a volume control system having pre-

defined tting to accommodate patients of different sizes. An upper plate is attached to a front hinge asmbly and a lower housing asmbly is attached to the front hinge
asmbly. The lower housing asmbly defines the lower portions of an accordion chamber . A lection void is defined within the upper plate , with the lection void further defined by voids indexed to a clod position, infant position, child position and an adult position. A volume lector cord has a first end attached to a volume lector, with the volume lector contained within the lection void. Placing the volume lector into one of the predefined positions regulates the amount of air delivered by the resuscitator.
