1. 供货范围Scope of Supply
该报价书为 MESSER XIANGTAN STEEL PLANT 提供 Atlas Copco HMH7 离心式氮气压缩机组一套。其中每套包含以下供货范围:
The equipment is one t of Atlas Copco model HMH7 centrifugal type nitrogen compressor package . It will be installed in the MESSER XIANGTAN STEEL PLANT. Each Atlas Copco packaged centrifugal compressor offered in this proposal shall be supplied complete with the following scope of supply:
1.1 离心式压缩机组
Centrigual Compressor Package
∙包括轴承、一个单斜大齿轮和两个高速小齿轮轴的水平剖分齿轮箱Horizontally split gearbox including bearings, single helical bullgear and two high speed pinions.
∙球墨铸铁压缩机壳体
Nodular cast iron compressor casings.
∙四个高性能 17-4 PH 不锈钢三元流设计半开后弯式叶轮Four high performance 17-4 PH stainless steel impellers with backward leaning vanes.
∙水平剖分式气封和油封
Horizontally split gas and oil als.
∙支撑压缩机, 电机, 冷却器及放置润滑油箱的整体底座
Unitized, fabricated baframe supporting compressor, driver, and housing the lube oil rervoir.

feature and in NEMA4 enclosure with “Panel View 600” LCD readout . All the piping from the inspection point to the PLC have been finished and wired in the factory.
∙检测各级进口处气体温度是否过高的传感器
Sensor for high inlet gas temperature of each stage.
补牙需要多久∙最末级排出气体压力传感器
Last stage discharge gas pressure transmitter.
∙各级振动探头及振动传感器
Vibration inspection for each stage
