5. 测试方法 Test Method
5.1 TAPE 测试蜡烛的作文 Tape Test
1) 让胶纸完全贴附在被测体上． Affix adhesive cellophane tape to the test subject and rub it with an erar to make sure the tape is stuck completely.
2) 等待1-2分钟后, 垂直迅速的从一个方向拉起胶纸． One to two minutes after affixing the tape, take the corner of the tape, hold it vertically and peel it off at one go.
5.2 百格测试 Grid Tape Test
1) 用刀对测试表面刻划出1mm间距的若干小格. Cut through the painted surface of the test subject by grid with 1mm interval.
2) 让胶纸完全贴附在被刻划区域上． Affix adhesive cellophane tape over the grid cuts and rub it with an erar to make sure the tape is stuck completely.
3) 等待1-2分钟后, 垂直迅速的从一个方向拉起胶纸. One to two minutes after affixing the tape, take the corner of the tape, hold it vertically and peel it off at one go.
5.3 溶剤試験种大麦 Solution Test
1) 使用推拉力棒给予规定的力, 作用在蘸取酒精的镜头擦拭纸(或沙布)上, 进行测试 U the stick tension gauge to rub the test subject under the specified conditions using the lens-cleaning paper dipped in antiptic ethanol.
5.4 铅笔测试 Painted Layer Strength Test (by pencil)
1) 将铅笔以45度角压在被测表面． Push the pencil to the test subject at an angle of 45 degrees.
2) 用规定的力，对被测表面进行刻划． Thrust the pencil under the specified conditions and scratch the test subject.
3) 让实验对象总是垂直于铅笔刻划的方向, 从五各不同的方向刻划． Shift the test subject vertically to the direction of the pencil movement and scratch it total five times in a different position.
5.5 摩擦实验 (橡皮耐久法) Rub Off Test (by erar)
1) 橡皮垂直的压在被测试体的表面． Hold an erar vertically to the test subject.
