After its negative electrode 1 and negative electrode plate 4 have been dispod, a space between the edge portion of the negative electrode plate 4 and that of the positive electrode plate 5 is aled by a hot-melt adhesive 6 so that the low-boiling-point organic solvent 7 and the high-boiling-point organic solvent are mixed with each other.
