三塔流程是目前甲醇生产装置应用最广泛的精馏工艺。我公司年产20t 甲醇装置就用此方法,三塔均采用复合填料, 且我国目前在建的甲醇装置亦大部分采用此法粗甲醇按次序分别进入预精馏、加压塔和常压塔进行精馏, 大部分轻组份在预精馏塔去除, 加压塔和常压塔均采出产品, 约各占一半。美国曾报导过另一种三塔流程, 该流程的特点是三个塔基本上等压操作, 由第三精馏塔采出产品,第二精馏塔分离水份, 第一精馏塔相当于预精馏塔,主要用作分离轻组份, 我国尚未采用此种精馏流程,目前我应用最广泛的三塔精馏工艺, 其具有精馏能耗低、操作稳定、产品质量好等突出优点, 但操作相对比较复杂。从进料泵来的粗甲醇加入碱液后经预热器加热后进入预塔, 进塔后与从再沸器来的气流换热后, 未冷凝的部分低沸点组分及不凝气进入其中, 绝大部分甲醇经冷却器冷凝后回流, 不凝气体经过五合一冷却器在冷凝后,经气液分离器后液相回收, 气相进入放空总管; 出预塔的甲醇液经过加压塔给料泵加压后进入加压塔, 进塔后与从再沸器来的气流换热后, 气相从塔顶出塔后进入常压塔再沸器给常压塔提供热源, 冷凝后的甲醇进入加压塔回流槽, 一部分打回流, 一部分作为产品采出。液相出塔后进入常压塔, 进塔后与从再沸器来的气流换热后, 气相出塔顶后经常压塔冷凝器冷却后进入常压塔回流槽, 一部分打回流, 一部分作为产品采出, 常压塔底的排出废水,合格后送往污水处理。
