摘要：森林资源监测体系是林业信息化建设的重要内容。文章以成都市森林资源 监测体系为对象，从信息管理平台、数据采集系统、巡护系统、视频监控系统等方面分 析了建设现状和存在的主要问题，从制度建设、技术运用、人才队伍建设等方面，总结 了提升森林资源监管水平和运营效果的对策建议。

Abstract：The forest resources monitoring system is an important content of forestry information construction. Bad on the object of forest resources monitoring system in Chengdu ,the construction status and main problems was analyzed from the aspects of information management platform, data acquisition system, patrol system, video monitoring system, etc. in this paper. The cou
ntermeasures and suggestions to improve the supervision level and operation effect of forest resources were summarized from the aspects of system construction, technology application and construction of professional and technical team. 森林资源是国家重要的战略资源，是生态建 设的主体。森林是可再生的动态生物资源，随着 林木生长、森林经营、森林灾害的影响，其数量、质 量、结构、功能、空间分布及其利用状况无时不在 发生变化。森林资源监测体系建设可为及时掌握 森林资源现状和消长变化、预测森林资源发展趋 势、创新森林资源管理、推进林业信息化建设提供技术保障[「2]。成都作为长江上游重要的生态屏 障和生物多样性富集区[3]，也是大规模绿化全川 行动重要组成部分，在四川乃至国家生态安全格 局中具有重要地位。践行“绿水青山就是金山银 山”理念，加强森林资源保护与合理利用，开展森 林资源监测显得尤为重要。成都现有森林资源监 测体系建设仍存在许多不完善的问题，有必要及
