1、 PURPOSE作用
1.1The purpo of this procedure is to define a common method ud to conduct First Article Inspection(FAI).这个程序的作用是定义一个用作指导首件检验的通用方法

3、PROCEDURE 程序
3.1 Parts to be ud for the purpo of a first article inspection must be produced under
conditions that assure the part is reprentative of the tool.被用于首件检验的零件必须是生产的条件下做出来的,保证是具有代表性的零件。
3.1.1 Every effort should be made to reduce the effects of the process ud to make the part.

3.2 Single tool/single cavity FAI 单一用具/单腔 FAT

3.2.2 Part Information 零件信息

3.2.3.7 Eng. Disposition-Engineer will review the results and will give a disposition using the categories below.

3.2.4.1 Any part with features that require corrective action must go through the inspectio
n process until all features have been accepted.

3.3. Multiple Tool/Single or Multiple Cavity FAI
3.3.1. Complete FAI Template for Multiple Tool and Single or Multiple Cavities, CO-QA-019-T01, to document part feature characteristics. 多重的工具和单个或者多腔的完整的FAT模版,CO-QA-019-T01,记录在零件特征规格参数。
3.3.2. The Summary page is ud to document Part and Feature Characteristics and the individual Tool sheets are ud to document the actual dimensions measured during the inspection.

3.3.2.1 The shaded areas are automatically updated as information is put into the spread
