1.Organization structure:

  As the following graphic shows, there are six major ctions in the corporation and a board of directors. There is only one manager in every department for the sake of efficiency of the business.

consulting department: the major job is to understand what the customer really want. The staff may let customer to fill in a form which contains information about the customers so that they can design the best travel plan for customers. In addition, the specialized personnel in the reception department will be trained in advance. The concrete duty are as follows:
A. Introduce the special traveling rvice to the new customers.

Marketing department: the major job is to u certain strategies to attract more tourists and increa the companys visibility. And it can take actions in the following aspects:

B. Understand customers demand through marketing rearch
C. Set up right promotion strategies, such as price strategy and advertiment strategy
D. Design different traveling themes to fulfill the need of different gments of people
E. Arrange the traveling cars, hotels, and other necessary equipment in advance
Personnel department: the major job is to t up the Personnel lection and appointment mechanism
Financial department: the major job is to implement the financial policies and management system
A. Control the expen of every department
B. Control the salary and bonus
C. Guarantee the capital supply
Operating department: the major job is to design the traveling routes and make elaborate arrangement for certain customers according to their different needs and preferences, and choo the proper hotels, cars to match the whole traveling.
Local reception department: the major job is to arrange the concrete affairs during the traveling, including the tour guides rvice, medical rvice, and driving rvice; find new special traveling places so that customers wish can be satisfied totally
