We invite contributions in five categories: rearch papers, prentation proposals, panel proposals, workshop proposals, and demo proposals. Due dates and submission method are listed below.
RESEARCH PAPERS undergo double-blinded, peer review, and are published by Elvier in a special issue of Digital Investigation. Read the Submission Criteria for more information. The Call for Papers is 特种人员

PRESENTATIONS and WORKSHOPS undergo a light review process to lect prentations of maximal interest to DFRWS attendees and filter out sales pitches. Prentations are of 20-minute duration and are delivered alongside academic papers in the main conference. Workshops occur before and after the main conference. The are intended as in-depth and practical learning opportunities for attendees and often include hands-on participation by attendees. Workshop proposals must specify their target length of either 2 or 4 hours. DFRWS will provide one free conference registration for each workshop accepted.

Papers offering novel rearch contributions are solicited for submission. Accepted papers will be prented at the symposium and published by the ACM in the symposium proceedings. In addition to the regular rearch track, this year SACMAT will again host the special track -- "Blue Sky/Vision Track". Rearchers are invited to submit papers describing promising new ideas and challenges of interest to the community as well as access control needs emerging from other fields. We are particularly looking for potentially disruptive and new ideas which can shape the rearch agenda for the next 10 years. We also encourage submissions to the newly introduced "Work-in-progress Track" to prent ideas that may have not been completely developed and experimentally evaluated.

The Detection of Intrusions and Malware & Vulnerability Asssment (DIMVA) annual conference rves as a premier forum for advancing the state of the art in intrusion detection, malware detection, and vulnerability asssment. Each year, DIMVA brings together international experts from academia, industry, and government to prent and discuss novel rearch in the areas.
The 18th edition of DIMVA will be held in Lisbon, the captital of Portugal. DIMVA is organized by LASIGE, a rearch unit of the Faculty of Sciences of University of Lisboa (FCUL), and is hosted by the VIP Arts Hotel, located in Parque das Nações, clo to the Tejo river.
