由评委老师当场给分，去掉一个最高分和一个最低分，最后的总分即为该生的比赛成绩。朗诵要得高分得做到以下几点:
1、自我介绍，自然流畅（1分）。
2、发音准确，语调优美（皱鳃鲨3分）。
3、朗颂时有节奏，语速适中。（2种兰分）。
4、表情自然，表达生动，感情饱满，富有感染力。（3分）。
5、仪态端庄大方，仪表整洁。（1分）。
B:奖项设置：
小学组根据分数高低各评出一等奖和二等奖各一名。初中组评一等奖一名，二等奖两名。
