60.15 An appliance provided with a flexible cord less than 4-1/2 feet (1.4 m) in length (e 11.2.1.1) shall
be provided with instructions in accordance with 60.16.
60.16 The instructions required in 60.15 shall include the following information:
a) A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) should be ud to reduce the
risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
b) Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be ud if care is exercid in their u.
c) If a longer detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is ud:
1) The marked electrical rating of the cord t or extension cord should be at least as
great as the electrical rating of the appliance; and
2) The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop
where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
飯鍋慢鍋有下面這條要求
60.26 An appliance with a removable cooking container shall be marked with the word 喷雾怎么用"CAUTION"and the following or the equivalent on the internal surface of the basic appliance: 教学心得"Risk of Electric Shock. Cook only in removable container."Such marking sha
ll be in letters not less than 3/32 inch (2.4 mm) high. The lettering shall be on a contrasting background or the letters are to be raid or the equivalent so that the marking is readily readable.
Exception: This marking does not apply to an appliance tested in accordance with 43.2.2.

UL1083：
吊牌：(炸锅特殊要求)
油炸锅、煮锅及煎锅，应在电源线上与插头距离2”(51 mm)以内永久性贴附一个吊牌。吊牌材料及在电源线上的贴附方法应符合50章的测试要求。吊牌上应有“WARNING”及以下内容或类似内容：
1. WARNING
SERIOUS HOT-OIL BURNS MAY RESULT FROM A DEEP-FAT FRYER (COOKER/FRYER, SKILLET, OR FRY PAN) BEING PULLED OFF A COUNTERTOP. DO NOT ALLOW THE CORD TO HANG OVER THE EDGE OF THE COUNTER WHERE IT MAY BE GRABBED BY CHILDREN OR BECOME ENTANGLED WITH THE USER.
DO NOT USE WITH AN EXTENSION CORD.
以上内容中，“WARNING”及“DO NOT USE WITH AN EXTENSION CORD”应该为红色，字高不小于3/16”(4.8 mm)。其它字为黑色，字高不小于1/16”(1.6 mm)。所有字均为大写。
例外：煮锅及煎锅，如其电源线长度不大于42”（从插头面量至器具入口），不必带有51.14所规定的吊牌。
54.15警告吊牌的反面应有如图54.1所示的图形及警告语。图形为黑色，“X”符号及警告语为红色。图形宽度不小于1”(25.4 mm)，高度不小于2”(50.8 mm)，字高不小于3/16”(4.8 mm)。
