1. 面粉中加油50克,并依食者口味加进糖或盐适量,同时加入鲜花椒叶适量及1个鸡蛋,反复揉搓至面光滑柔软为止,再分成10个馍坯。
2.另选取光滑的小石头若干,洗净晾干涂以少许油,放入深边平底锅内加热并不断翻炒,至石子灼热烫手后,取出一半石子放在另一容器内保温。
3.10个馍坯擀薄,平铺于留在锅底的热石子上,再将保温的石子均匀放在馍坯上部,用中火加热下烙上烫,2~3分钟后至馍的颜色半黄即可出锅。
Making Method
