5.1 甲乙双方约定，在签订本合同时，乙方应向甲方支付房屋租赁保证金（押金），保证金（押金）为人民币 元（大写 元整）。甲方收取该保证金（押金）后应向乙方出具收款凭证。租赁关系终止时，甲方收取的房屋租赁保证金（押金）除用于抵充本合同约定由乙方承担的费用外，剩余部分无息归还乙方。
