二、工程完成时间
中文版：
2.1 工程应在三十六个月内完成并竣工并且通知业主验收。任何工程延迟要由承包商根据规范条款负责，并承担可能的违约责任。
2.2 工程的竣工包括已启动但未完成的部分，所有的工程将得到业主的最终验收。业主应在竣工通知书发出后15日内进行验收，否则应进行支付滞纳金。
英文版：
2.1 The Works shall be completed and ready for taking over within thirty-six months from the Commencement Date, under the responsibility of the Contractor and liable for any delay under the terms of the "General Conditions".
2.2 The completion of the Works shall include partially executed work as well as completed work, all shall be surrendered by the Contractor to the Employer. The Employer shall formally take over the Works within 15 days after receipt of the notice of completion, otherwi he shall be liable for liquidated damages.

四、结算和支付

4.1 Payments under the Contract shall be made in accordance with the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall submit progress reports which show the progress of the Works and financial status. The Employer shall make payment within 7 days of receipt of such report.

五、违约责任
中文版：
